How long does it take to get a trademark?

The application process typically takes 8–12 months with the USPTO. We prepare and file your application within 1–2 weeks of your consultation.

Can I trademark a logo as well as a name?

Yes. We can file for word marks, design marks (logos), or both. We’ll advise on the best strategy during your consultation.
