By purchasing or accessing Meyer Law, Ltd's ("Meyer Law" or "our" or "we" or "us") on-demand courses, masterclasses, monthly memberships, and fixed fee packages (collectively referred to as “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). On-Demand Courses: These are pre-recorded educational courses that are available for access at your convenience. Upon purchase, you will have access to these materials for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Masterclasses: Our masterclasses are comprehensive educational sessions, focused on specific topics related to startups and business growth. Masterclasses are delivered as on-demand recordings. Upon purchase, you will have access to these materials for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Monthly Membership: This offering provides members with access to ongoing educational content, resources, and support tailored to startups or growing companies. Memberships are billed on a monthly basis and can be canceled at any time, though access will be revoked once the membership period ends.

Fixed Fee Packages: These packages include a set of professional services offered for a fixed fee, helping startups and businesses with legal, operational, or advisory needs. Ranging from General Counsel packages to more specific packages such as SaaS Package or Trademark Package and offer one-on-one support from an attorney on Meyer Law's team.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, subscribing, or accessing any of the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not use the Services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use any of the Services. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept payments through major credit cards and other online payment methods as specified during the checkout process. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the Services you select.

Subscription Fees: For monthly membership Services, you will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. By subscribing, you agree to allow us to automatically charge your provided payment method each month.

Non-Refundable: All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or returns for on-demand courses, masterclasses, memberships, or fixed fee packages. Please review product descriptions and details carefully before completing your purchase.

Upon purchasing any of the Services, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the materials solely for personal or business educational purposes during the timeframe set forth herein. You may not distribute, share, or resell any content without our express written permission.
6. Access and Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to our Services; however, we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any interruptions or delays in access to the Services or website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meyer Law will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid for the Services during the three (3) month period prior to the date of the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for updates. By continuing to use the Services after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Chicago, Illinois.
14. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Purchasing or accessing on-demand courses, masterclasses or monthly memberships provided on this website, does not establish an attorney-client relationship between you and Meyer Law, its attorneys, or its representatives. The foregoing are educational and advisory services are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for individualized legal advice. If we agree to represent you in a legal capacity, a separate engagement letter will be executed by you and Meyer Law outlining the scope of representation and terms of the attorney-client relationship. If you purchase a fixed fee package on this website, we will separately send you an engagement letter for signature that will govern the attorney-client relationship as it relates to those particular services.
