Contract Risk Assessment Package

Know Exactly Where Your Contracts Stand

Your contracts govern some of your company's most important relationships — with customers, vendors, partners, service providers and others you do business with.

As your company grows, contracts often accumulate over time. Different templates get used. Agreements are negotiated by different people. Older contracts may no longer reflect how the business operates. And provisions involving liability, intellectual property, termination, payment and other important issues may not be consistent across your agreements.

Meyer Law's Contract Risk Assessment gives you an attorney-led review of your key business contracts to identify potential legal risks, gaps and areas that may warrant attention.

You'll come away with a clearer understanding of where your contracts stand and what we recommend addressing as your business grows.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many contracts will you review?

The package includes up to 5 hours of attorney review. The number of agreements we can review depends on their length and complexity. We'll help prioritize the contracts most important to your business.

What's the difference between this and the Customer Contract Risk Assessment?

The Customer Contract Risk Assessment focuses specifically on the agreements governing your customer relationships and includes up to two hours of review.

The Contract Risk Assessment is broader and is designed to review key contracts across your business, which may include customer, vendor, partner, licensing, service and other material agreements.

Will you revise my contracts?

No. This package focuses on reviewing your existing agreements and identifying potential issues. If we recommend revising, replacing or creating contracts, Meyer Law can separately help with that work.

Can you review contracts we're currently negotiating?

This assessment is intended to evaluate your company's existing contract framework rather than provide deal-specific negotiation support. Active contract negotiations can be handled separately.

What if my contracts require more than five hours to review?

We'll prioritize the most important agreements within the included time. If additional review would be valuable, we'll let you know before performing work outside the package scope.

How long does it take?

Most assessments are completed within 1–3 weeks after the initial consultation and receipt of the contracts we need.
