General strategic guidance related to a potential transaction may fall within your monthly support. Significant M&A transactions, extensive due diligence or transaction documentation may be separately scoped depending on the nature and complexity of the matter.

What happens if we need more than our monthly hours?

If your needs exceed your package, we'll discuss additional support with you before performing work that would result in additional fees. We can also evaluate whether a higher monthly level makes more sense.

Can we change our level of support?

Yes. As your company's legal needs change, we can adjust your package accordingly.

Are filing fees and third-party costs included?

No. Government filing fees and other third-party expenses are separate.
