Instead of purchasing individual legal services as issues arise, you'll have a dedicated legal team working alongside you as your business takes shape. We'll help you identify what needs to be addressed, prioritize what matters now and handle the legal work your company needs as you move toward launch.

And because we've spent nearly two decades working with startups and growing companies - and understand what it's like to build businesses ourselves - our advice is practical, business-minded and focused on helping you keep moving forward.

You'll receive up to 10 hours of legal services each month for three months, giving you flexibility to address the legal priorities that matter most as your business develops.

How It Works

Step 1: Purchase + Kickoff
Once you purchase Dream to Reality™, we'll reach out to schedule your kickoff meeting to learn about your business, where you are today and where you're trying to go.

Step 2: Build Your Legal Roadmap
We'll identify your company's legal priorities and create a practical roadmap for what should be addressed during the program.

Step 3: Work With Your Legal Team
You'll have up to 10 hours of legal services each month for three months. We'll use that time where your business needs it most.

Step 4: Adapt as Your Business Evolves
Startups move quickly. Your legal priorities may change during the three months, and that's exactly why the program is flexible.

Step 5: Get Ready for What's Next
At the end of the program, we'll review where your business stands, identify remaining legal priorities and recommend the right next steps as you continue to grow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use the 10 hours for whatever my business needs?

The hours can be used for legal services within Meyer Law's areas of practice and the scope of the program. We'll work with you to prioritize the legal matters that will have the greatest impact on your business.

What if I need more than 10 hours in a month?

If your legal needs exceed the included hours, additional services can be provided at our standard hourly rates. 

Does this include filing fees and other third-party costs?

Government filing fees, trademark filing fees and other third-party expenses are not included.

What happens after the three months?

Many Dream to Reality™ clients transition into one of our General Counsel packages for ongoing legal support. At the end of the program, we'll help you determine what level of support makes sense for your business.

Is this only for first-time founders?

No. Dream to Reality™ is also a great fit for experienced founders starting a new company who want an ongoing legal partner involved from the beginning.

How much does Dream to Reality™ cost?

The program is $4,500 per month for three months, for a total program fee of $13,500.
