Does the Privacy Notice address U.S. privacy laws?

What if I have customers or users in Europe?

This package is designed for U.S.-focused businesses. If European privacy requirements apply to your business, additional privacy work may be required. Our U.S. + EU Privacy Packages are designed for businesses that need both U.S. and European privacy coverage.

What if I need additional documents?

Depending on your business, you may also need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), SaaS Agreement, End User License Agreement (EULA), customer or vendor agreements or other legal documents. We can help determine what makes sense for your business.

What if I need more than one round of revisions?

Additional revisions beyond the included round can be arranged at our standard hourly rate. 

Is this a one-time purchase?

Yes. You pay once and receive customized Terms of Service and a U.S. Privacy Notice for your business. Because businesses, products, data practices and privacy laws change over time, we recommend periodically reviewing and updating your documents as your company grows.
