One round of revisions — After you review the initial drafts, we’ll incorporate your feedback and refine the documents.

How long does the process take?

Most Digital Startup Packages are completed within 1–3 weeks from your consultation date, depending on the complexity of your business and how quickly you provide the information and feedback we need.

Are these documents customized for my business?

Yes. We don't simply provide you with generic templates. Your Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are drafted based on the information you provide about your business, product, customers, and data practices.

Does the Privacy Policy cover U.S. privacy laws?

This package includes a U.S. Privacy Policy based on your business and applicable U.S. privacy requirements. If your business is subject to more extensive state-specific requirements or international privacy laws such as GDPR, additional work may be required. We’ll let you know if we identify additional privacy needs during the process.

What if I need additional documents?

Depending on your business, you may also need documents such as a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), SaaS Agreement, End User License Agreement (EULA), Cookie Policy, or other customer or vendor agreements. We can help determine what makes sense for your business.

What if I need more than one round of revisions?

Additional revisions beyond the included round can be arranged at our standard hourly rate. We’ll let you know before any extra charges apply.
